TEDx are independent conferences that mirror the planning and concept of the TED conference. It is possible to hold these events independently by obtaining a formal license from TED. By bringing the TED experience to local communities across the globe while upholding TED's branding and standards, TEDx gives people more opportunities to interact, hear inspiring ideas, and make a real difference.

TEDxSNPSU (where x stands for an independently organised TED event) is a student organisation licensed by TED to host TED-style events and disseminate 'Ideas Worth Spreading' and to uphold the motto ‘Ideas Change Everything’. We aim to create a space where diverse viewpoints can come together to stimulate meaningful conversations and have a beneficial impact.
We present innovative and potent concepts from a variety of disciplines, including technology, business, the arts, and social impacts, via TED presentations. At TEDxSNPSU, we firmly believe that ideas may influence a better future and inspire individuals to change the world.
Sapthagiri NPS University, or SNPSU for short, is a private university in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The university has been recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) from its founding in 2023.
